The customer service could have been better

I went into the store and there was people in there with no mask on and the store employee was talking to them also did not have a mask on then he fixed my order without putting a mask on I threw my coffee away I would not go back to this place again ever it is disgusting and this Dirty.nnthe owners better start doing something about this place or else I'm going to make sure that they close it down from the health department this place is a disgrace to the City of Champaign the city should investigate them as soon as possible this place is disgusting.

Quick service, donuts were delicious!

I have missed Dunkin! I live in a place that does not have Dunkin, so stopping here was heaven, and the counter girl was so sweet!

Hit or miss with customer experience. I had one guy in the drive thru window be really rude to me since I had a harder time deciding my drink selection. He could have been frustrated but still not a nice thing to treat customers poorly. Aside from that, I would say that the drinks that I get seem to be of less quality control than those I would typically get from a Chicagoland Dunkin.
