Dunkin'

I have a very straightforward drink order yet EVERY time I order it, the flavor varies. There doesn’t seem to be a set standard for syrup pumps or cream and sugar. Just whatever they feel like putting in at the moment. Seriously, every single time. The wait time is also extremely long inside and drive thru. I once went in to get an order thinking it would be faster, a couple people were just standing around while the person making my drink moved with no urgency at all. I’ve worked in coffee and know the AM shift is the busiest time of the day for a shop like this, how there is no motive or discipline to get the customers served faster is beyond me. Every single time I’m so unhappy. I just need coffee to get through my day at work.

Love the dunkin' donuts. Line was a little slow at 8:00 a.m.. but it was worth the wait

I visit this dunkin almost everyday. Not all days is fast but hey that can be expected. The employees are always polite and go up and beyondon service! There are a couple of employees(Shabaz,AD who are exceptional!! ud83dudc4f

Good place, most of the time they put way too much sugar and creme in their coffees. I had a couple of times where there was sugar at the bottom in my black coffee

Love the guys in Urbana. Super great every time.
