Manager KB and employee Shane took good care of my wife and I when we came into the store. While there I was able to get a screen protector put on my new phone, purchased elsewhere. Gave us good information about new services without pressure. Nice folks. It's why we are T-Mobile customers. Great service.

I have had many issues with T-Mobile and customer service, but with her help, she has always been able to help me get to the bottom of the problem. They keep busy at this location, so you may have to wait, but ask for K.B, and she'll set you up in the right direction ud83dudc4d

This store is the best in the area. The customer service experience is top notch and the store manager knows how to take care of business. K.B is a great asset to this company.
