Great company that provides superior service.nnPeople need to really think and understand what a true gem Madison is, and be thankful for everything they do for our community. Madison provides quality service that other companies are not willing to provide to this area, all while employing local people.

Service is horrible if I had another choice I would drop this service lucky they have a monopoly in our area. Internet drops out every night for no reason I work swing shift and on at all different hours of the day. Consistently drops out guess they want me to upgrade so they can get more money out of my pocket. If I could rate a negative I would but dont have that option.

This place is an absolute joke and a monopoly to our town. They do whatever they want to people because there are no other options for people. They charge a ridiculously amount of money for their horrible services they provide. There are complaints made daily on the town's Facebook site about how the internet never works and they really don't care and never even attempt to fix it. It's always your problem when you call to complain, example is: it's your router, it is bad never their service is horrible. It's overpriced because we can't have any other options in this area so they charge what they want and people have to pay for it. If this company was not a monopoly like they claim they aren't people would have a choice to use someone else and they wouldn't have a person left as a customer but since they are a monopoly they get to continue to rip people off and give out bad service and keep getting rich.

way overpriced for crappy internet and download speed. They pretty much shut down the internet at night where you can not do anything. We need a new provider in this town because Madison is so terrible for the price. So unreliable and even when it is at its best, the speed is still pretty slow
