Totally your go to store forays of you phone needs. Manager Bill is a great asset to the AT&T family! His Customer service and knowledge of all phone products and accessories were amazing. We were out of there in such a short time! Love to shop local! I definitely recommend!!!!
The employees of the Carlinville store were very helpful. I would highly recommend them due to their knowledge and courtesy.
No place to sit while waiting in the front of their store. The seating area is at the back, but due to COVID restrictions, those waiting must stay at the front, and there is only one uncomfortable folding chair for however many people are waiting. Staff are friendly, patient and, mostly, knowledgeable. Manager is good, but very, very busy.
Drew and Brock were wonderful. They were very helpful and patient. They did and amazing job and I appreciate them!!!!
Absolutely the worst franchise store I have ever experienced. After giving the honest feedback that corporate asked for about our experience, the employee that prompted the bad feedback in the first place called to ask about our experience. He started the call off nice enough but as I explained the issues that we had with the service that we had received at this store his demeanor quickly changed. He said things that were contradictory to what he had told us in the store, even the number of employees in the store durring our visit. He even went as far as trying to turn things around and call us rude and disrespectful despite us being perfectly patient despite the lack of staff and wearing masks without question. If you have come to expect the standard of service that At&t strives to provide to their customers this is absolutely not the store for you.
