Sales was phenomenal! Jessica is amazing, and helped us find exactly what we BOTH wanted! ❤ Delivery was a whole different ball game. The older man was rude disrespectful and cussed at myself and my company while in my home! Informed us that he did not care as he only had a month left. He was immediately told to get out of my home, we would finish putting furniture together! Made me feel horrible for the kid working with him!

Jessica is the best!! I’ve been trying to find a discontinued nightstand and found it at Richey’s. Unfortunately I’m too far for them to ship to me, but Jessica went above and beyond to help try to find me a distributor in my area. She also provided info on a similar replacement night stand and even checked with a different customer to confirm the color since I’d be buying it sight unseen. Jessica was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Definitely ask for her when furniture shopping! You will not be disappointed!

Update: review went from 5stars to 2. Jason told us that our furniture would be at our home in 1-4 weeks but here we are 8 weeks later and no furniture. Called him on 8/7/20 and was told that he would update us on Monday but he was almost certain that our furniture would be there today. Still haven't heard anything!nnI called beforehand and set up an appointment with Jason. He was extremely nice, very helpful and knowledgeable about ever item in the store. We explained what we were looking for and he took us to the exact items. We were ready to buy in 30 minutes versus spending hours at another store days before. We also spent $500 less than we had planned!
