I was in town visiting family, ended up having an issue with my MacBook Pro. I was able to make an appointment over the phone for the same day. Once in the shop everyone was professional, and friendly. They provided me a mask since I had forgot mine. Paul and Travis helped update my IOS, and helped with some photo issues I was having. Highly recommend to anyone local or traveling.

I brought in a MacBook Pro laptop with a cracked screen. I was on the cusp of finals week at my school, and needed the repairs done as quickly as possible. Each and every person that interacted with me made sure to attempt to fix my computer with urgency and expediency that I have never encountered at any other technology repair business. Even though my computer was not salvageable, I was given numerous options and cost estimates that would be specifically tailored to best suit my situation. I cannot stress how much I would recommend using this business for technology repair services.

Decided it was adequate to verbally assault my niece. After attempting to solicit business from this store, my niece was denied service, and threatened with violence. Not Cool!
