The manager Chris had previously ran the Rex store and I had to go to the dist manager I order to get my warranty as promised. Then when I purchased a new washer, he had his employee at the time Clint load the washer upside down in my truck where it was too heavy and fell. So we ended up having to replace the washer on my own $ bc I knew he wouldn’t honor a warranty since he is a oartner in the sub quality furniture store he has now

Staff person was polite and helpful. Store was clean well organized. My main reason for the lower rating is it concerned me that none of the staff were wearing masks.

I was only there to get a box since I didn't have one big enough. I dealt with thomas and he was super nice and even helped me get the box in my car.

Didn't have what I wanted!!
