Kohl's

I hit there when they was about to close. I knew what I wanted so it didn't take long to shop. When it came to checking out. I stood longer at the front counter. While the lady that WAS at her register ( when I came in) just looked at me and then kept putting clothes away.nnNow I've stood longer waiting for help then it took me to shop. I was finally helped at the customer service counter twice. By some very lovely ladies. Which in turn gave me a little hope for this store customer service..

Just bought a purse and asked about it being on sale and the cashier looked at screen and told me it was not 60% off was buy one get one half off. Called the store when I got home, an hour away and was informed that what the cashier told me was correct. The proper thing to do would of been had the cashier have someone check but instead just removed it from my sale. I told her to put it back on because I wanted it. Kohls learn not to have 2 different sales on one rack and sign your stuff better. I feel like the cashier and the manager I talked to on the phone were both both rude. Will not be buying in anything in the Ottumwa, Iowa store again!!!!

Have big and tall clothes but could use more selection.

Prices are fair, and the selection isn't bad. The wait for check out is a little long. There was several people in line as a group of employees chatted next to the one cashier that was checking us out.

Clean, nice store, good customer service and a place I will shop again
