Purchased a large 500lb grill from Costco. Forward Air came exactly when the driver said he would arrive. He did a great job, and he was very polite and courteous. Thank you for making this hassle free!

Hung up on me multiple times because they set up a time to deliver it and then didnt show up and didnt call to reschedule until 3 days later and then they said they could only deliver on the next Monday and I told them it wouldn't work due to me having to work at my job and they said that's all they can do, so I said I guess I'd come pick it up since I live 45mins away and really need the $200+ product I ordered, they agreed and then changed their minds and told the company that was having them deliver it that they wouldn't be delivering it nor would let me pick it up

To whomsoever it may concern in Forwardair department. I hope you will take necessary action for my grievance. I was suppose to receive my TV from Costco through your delivery service on Friday 12/23/2016 and spoke to connie (not sure if it’s the right spelling of her name). After talking to her I scheduled it for Friday afternoon and took afternoon off from work. But later that afternoon she called and said that the TV was not ready (when the driver went to pick up he figured it out that it has not even arrived from costco) and said that she will reschedule to Tuesday (12/27). I called her on 12/27, but she failed to get it scheduled. This time she was rude to me. She behaved as if she did not have a conversation with me on Friday. I requested her to schedule it tomorrow but later in the day (afternoon or evening). However, she was unable to help. She told that she can give me a 4 hour window. I requested her if she can ask the driver to deliver my TV last and make it close to 5pm but again she was of no use. I can understand that the schedule may not allow the driver, but what hurt me more was her lack of concern. She was never apologetic and did not understand my concerns. She doesn’t have any respect for other’s schedule. I hope you could provide some basic education on sympathy and empathy that would be valuable to her. I sent this email to Costco delivery services as well to warn them about your poor customer service and try other service if possible.
