Premier Rental Purchase

Okay service. Not much explaining is done by staff according to payment plans. I found that the payment plan worked well, but quality of furniture was poor. I bought a couch and the springs popped. I was surprised because it is from Ashley furniture. Our bedroom set came with two broken drawers. I did not receive the new ones until I was finished with my payment. Once I received the new drawers they were broken too. It took 8 months for them to send me more faulty drawers. Over all, not a great experience and I was a costumer for 3 years

I never write reviews, but I was so happy with Premier Rental I had to share it. I ordered a new bed for my daughter; ivory color, drawers, and great quality. The ordering process was a breeze and the guys who came to set it up were so nice and put it together quickly with no problems.The store manager, Jessie was also very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the bed was ordered, shipped, and put together in time to surprise my daughter with her brand new room! She loves the bed and I love the service. I would definitely recommend Premier Rental for any of your furniture or electronic needs.

Rich and his staff are very friendly! Was so much better than dealing with the giant box stores. The same as cash option allowed me to get something in my home that day and I was able to pay it off at a great price in 90 days! I was pleasantly surprised by the fact I can pay cash for furniture at a better price than the Ashley store. All I had to do was ask. They ordered what I wanted and delivered it the day it came in. I only wish was still in the area so that I could purchase more. Thanks to the whole staff for a great experience!

Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent quality! Rich, his store, and his staff are great! We could go somewhere else, but why would you when you get outstanding personal care? If you don't see what you want, ask! They can look into things and order exactly what your looking for! Excellent service all around! Thanks Rich and Jacob!!!!

I know customer of this store about a year and they really are good person with the clients, when one calls because you can not make the payment of the week they are well flexible with me, not like other shop that I was a customer. I urge everyone to buy a good article and be treated as a person.
