Somewhat busy when we walked. But we were greeted with an outstanding smile and excellent service! Staff were courteous and supportive. I don't know much about computers gigs megabytes the warranty is memory, definitely not computer literate. And she made me feel very comfortable she said no no problem that's why I'm here I'm here to help. Like I said very courteous very knowledgeable tell she seems very young and but she said she's been there for years and I was very proud to say that I will be getting a Surface Pro based on her recommendation.

Simply the best customer service I've had in years. Went in early. Was offered a drink. Tech was very helpful and walked out very happy. Apple needs to watch out.

Manager here is outstanding, I had an ongoing issue for MONTHS and support couldn't help at all Derek helped me and got everything sorted in less than 4 days.

The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely charismatic! I also came back a few days later to exchange the first laptop I got - it was wonderful, btw, I essentially got the same one but with more storage - and they made the exchange process super easy and fast
