Overall, I LOVE aarons. However, the pell city, AL store manager thinks she can make her own policy. Apparently she does not have to give customers the 5 dollars down even if approved online for in store credit. She refuse to let me give 5 down on a washer a dryer and refuse to let me get the washer and dryer I wanted. I was extremely upset. Called corporate and have heard nothing so far. So disappointed.
Great people wonderful atmosphere and great conversation. They make sure your comfortable with your loan.

Keith and Bryan from the Pell City store are amazing. They went above and beyond yesterday. Keith was so helpful and really is a great employee. I know I was thankful for both of them yesterday and I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you guys!! Keith a special thanks to you for all your help!
Randy and his whole crew of people are really a huge help even when hardships arrive (unemployments or family emergencies... whatever it may be!) They are willing to do anything for your business and if there is any issue with making a payment on time all you have to do is call them. They will work it out in a very timely and professional manner. No questions asked. This place is truly INCREDIBLE! ...One place I truthfully love walking into and one I do not mind taking money out every month for.
