The young lady taking care of my Mom and myself was very pleasant, and understanding. The process of moving the account from my Dad to my Mom was much smoother than expected.

Alabama Power turned my power off when it was below freezing! My husband is on a CPAP machine at night so he can breathe. My daughter has asthma and requires nebulizer treatments around the clock every 6 hours. Last, I have asthma and COPD which also requires nebulizer treatments around the clock every 3 to 4 hours. To top it all off, everyone in my house hold had covid-19 positive test results and we still had to deal with no power and nearly 103.0 temperature. I hate Alabama Power it's a Monopoly between Alabama Power and Coosa Valley Electric Cooperative! That should be against the law! The lady that lives one street over in front of me has Coosa Valley Electric Cooperative but, they don't service our street!

No one likes the power company. Do they? They cut my power off. I thought they werent supposed to do that during pandemic. I've been sick since last week of September and they cut my power

The lady at the front desk whose name is Kathy Taylor, was a very nice and helpful person. I didn't know I could purchase a dining room set from them till she showed me. She was a great help for me. I will be going back to purchase my set on the first of October. Thank you Kathy for your h er lp and kindness.
