You can’t get them on the phone. Some dude will call you back. I got a bundle from Groupon and they moved the office during the time I needed to schedule my second appointment. I called to schedule and dude man never returned my call. So I basically paid for two treatments and got one. The staff is nice and they have a professional setup EXCEPT the receptionist dude who schedules everything.

Never going back, previous management from Mrs. Carmen was great, that’s why I was going here for over a year, she actually cared about her customers. Now the new people in charge don’t care about their customers.
