I recently purchased a new iPhone 11 SE at the happy valley store, an employee named authur was so polite an helpful and went beyond to help an his supervisor Whitney went to my car to connect the Bluetooth,all the employees with the exception of a lady that I had not seen there before an she was rude. The phone had to be returned, it would not consistently connect to my home WiFi unless I was standing by the router, I got a new router an increased internet strength an it still did not help so I returned it an took my old iphone7 back an have no problems with it consistently connecting to my home WiFi. I did not read reviews about the SE version which I should have because multiple complaints about connecting to WiFi was mentioned
My wife and I opened an account 2 years ago, and bought 2 new phones. I made it clear I didn’t want insurance on them because at the time we couldn’t afford it. After we paid them off I bought a new phone for my stepdaughter We did get insurance on it , but looking at the bill it showed we had insurance on ours too! We’ve been paying insurance for 2 full years on something we didn’t want. No credit returned for those 2 years. Please beware of this company and it’s practices!
