Terrible delivery company, no one ever answers the phone for a customer to follow-up. Does not deliver on the date and time as promised. I never received my item yet, and don't know when I will receive it as no one answers the phone. Please don't use this delivery company.
Scheduled delivery on Thursday. They set delivery for Wednesday. Took off from work early to receive the delivery, to find out that they delivered to the wrong address and the packages were mangled.nn1/5 - Would not recommend.
A perfect experience having a Cub Cadet zero turn delivered by. Arrived in a huge crate, the drivers removed the crate and helped me remove the mower from pallet. Perfect condition, did my first cut with it on Saturday and what a machine. Thanks
Absolutely the worse delivery service around. Wife was next door when gentleman arrived called my cell phone. Called him right back would not answer phone good luck calling the office no ones ever answers. I guess good thing they get contracted out if not they would not have any businness.
Great service, people need to realize that 3D is a final mile delivery service and not the origination or middle man. Chris had excellent communication with me about a shipment to me, it took a few days to get to me due to my location, but was understood and was kept int he loop. Anthony was the delivery driver and was friendly upon delivery. Thanks 3D
