Great customer service. The building is easily accessible and clean. The setup process was easy and timely. The facility also has great security established to protect the assets in the building.
Best storage facility in Birmingham! Believe me, I've been to a lot of them. Christy is the reason this place is so great. She treats all her customers like family. Always clean, well lit, and secure.
I am so glad I gave Extra Space Storage a try. By far, this place has the best rates in town, I and love how they offer several storage space sizes! Best of all, it is indoor and climate-controlled! Kristy was very helpful and was happy to show me more than one storage space. The process was quick and easy. A friend of mine heard me talking about it and the next day he went and rented space from them as well.
