Austin at Tech Loft is the most reliable person you will find in Birmingham. I met him for the first time today when i went at 8am and Austin was able to fix my iPhone 10R phone screen (Cracked glass and broken LCD) in less than an hour while i waited. He is completely transparent about his processes, pricing, and the quality of his parts and I left with what felt like a brand new phone for a fraction of the cost to get a completely new one. I can’t recommend him and Tech Loft enough for first timers or anyone who has had confusing experiences with other phone repair companies.

They did a great job getting a new battery in my iPhone 5SE. Convenient location downtown.

They only repair place that answered the phone at 9:30. I brought my phone in and it was diagnosed in 30 min. Repair was complete 30-45 min later. Great business and had me fixed in no time. I would go here again for any phone or pc issue and highly recommend them

Tech Loft is the absolute best in service, quality, cost, and experience!!! We can’t say enough about these guys! Professional and friendly...they always go out of their way to help us with all of our tech needs (computer, cell phones, etc), and we have A LOT of them!
