Ross Dress for Less

Store was was neat and orgabized. I love dhow there was adequate spacing between the racks. Was able to shop safely while still practicing social distancing.

Could be better in customer service. Aisles are cluttered and messy. I'd more than one line is not opening, then someone could be straightening the aisles.

I realize it's after the holidays but I've never been in a Ross store that had things all over the floor. That's a safety hazard. Instead of standing around talking about your weekend... how about taking a buggy and at least picking up some things.

Slim pickins :-/nNot to mention the multiple insane drivers in the parking lot that think they are driving on the highway instead of a parking lot. But that’s not the store’s fault. It’s just that area of town.

I love Ross. I shop there as often as I can. I just wish all the stores were cleaner and more organized.
