Walked in and told the sales person my budget. Tried to show me mattress 3x more expensive. Told her again my budget. Showed me 2x my budget. Told her thanks for her time but that’s out of my budget. Finally showed me lots of mattresses in my budget. I bought elsewhere. Terrible service and incompetent sales person.

Wonderful experience! Customer service is excellent! They really took the time to make sure we purchased the right mattress for our needs. Their delivery personnel were efficient, informative and kind as well. Our overall experience was excellent. oh, and we love our bed!

Finally found the bed I wanted at a good price. No more back and neck pain.
