Terrible. Terrible. Management.Misti is phenomenal. Her manager on the other hand over rides her decisions and causes conflict. Tim needs to reconsider his position if he cannot rock with his employees instead of against them.

The ladies are great they are the only reason I continue to rent with Bestway however the prices and the amount of time it takes to get it paid for is ridiculous. I am considering adding to my bill but I know it would be a bad idea considering how long it takes. Misty and Meagan are both really great and polite workers.

Absolutely love the ladies who work here. They are all super friendly and helpful. Purchased our washer and dryer combo here and a few months later added a beautiful farmhouse style kitchen table to our account. I am pleased with their customer service. Also have been helpful if we needed to make a payment arrangement. I recommend this store over Aaron's anyday!!
