I set an apt weeks ago.. Some random person messaged me on Facebook to tell me my apt was being canceled... TWO days before my apt...… Then they just never responded... Wont even try to get me rescheduled.. Said she has an apt and pretty I'm just screwed... Just poor business when you set an apt weeks in advance and now your just thrown to the side like your hair and money don't matter... Just disappointed that they didn't even try to reschedule me... And might i just add.. I work full timenMonday thru Friday … I cant just go during anytime and get my hair done,. This has to be planned.. If I knew they didn't care about customers like this.. I would have never scheduled an apt.. I've just wasted weeks for nothing.. THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR LISTENING TO FRIENDS OF FRIENDS.. of course your friends give you good reviews.. But when it comes to regular customers.. That's where true colors shine.. SO thank you platinum salon...
Very much enjoyed my massage from Kendra! She’s professional, sweet, friendly and definitely an expert in her field. I highly recommend Kendra!
