Very poor. Saw an ad and called three times about a 299 recliner. No call back and waited a total of three hours. The salesmen were, I think, given the messages to call us. The woman answering the phone could not help us. The salesmen could not take two minutes to call us back. Very bad way to do business. Will never shop here again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I had a very nice experience at Belpre Furniture last night a very nice man named Alan, helped me pick out 2 really nice lay z boy recliners. no pressure, just a very nice relaxing experience, Thank you Alan...I'll be back!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased from here. HORRIBLE customer service! Ordered furniture that should have been delivered before the shut down due to COVID. Never received it, and never received a phone call! Running a business and taking care of customers can be done from home! Very unhappy with the furniture once delivered! Pam is the reason for the one star. She helped when no one else would.
