I book this hotel religiously for work. My crews always tell me that they love this hotel because the staff and because its such a nice and clean hotel. Front desk is the best I deal with when booking hotels, especially Kim. I love talking to them when I call in. Big thanks to the staff there and all the help over the last year and a half!
The room was clean, the pool was outstanding, and they did covid safe very well. I would highly recommend a stay here especially with all the great food places near by.

The room was clean that was the only positive experience I had. 30 seconds after parking someone was shining their maglite into my windows and telling me this was a private parking lot. I was charged a $250 authorization fee. I misread and thought it said $25 because who charges $250 authorization fee. When I checked out and had the inspection they gave me a receipt that had my name but the wrong address and the wrong choice rewards number, even though the man who checked me in which was the same man with the maglite, asked me for my choice rewards number four times. Would not recommend.
I wish I could give a zero. The lady at the front desk was a real peach let me tell ya. Probably the WORST customer service I have ever received and I have traveled the whole country 1 hotel at a time and have never encountered a lady like this. Idt I have ever even written a review before this but.... nope never again will I stay there. Good luck ud83dudc4d
