Nice experience at this Cracker Barrel! Place was busy (which all Cracker Barrel’s usually are) so we had to wait 30 minutes, but it was totally fine and we actually got seated in less than that! Walked around the shop and ended up buying some things. The only bad thing i’d have to say is that I had to wait 20 minutes for the southern fried chicken, but we did order pancakes so we got to eat those while waiting. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the people there were hospitable!
It was a Saturday night. I will give them that. It was busy. I am a grill cook and I was disappointed. Everything that came out of a steam table was good, pretty fresh. The grill items were awful. My supposed to be medium hamburger steak and onions were extremely well done and dry. It came without the gravy I ordered. The waitress had more tables than she could handle well, and I waited for the gravy. Our biscuits and cornbread didn't come out until we were done with our dinners. She did keep our drinks full. We sat and talked for awhile and no one came to take our finished plates. She also lost out on a dessert sale, because we probably would have ordered it had she offered.
My husband and myself have been here several times. Every time we go the food is served cold. So disappointing. It would have been very good had it been even warm. We spoke to the manager she was very apologetic. Not sure what the problem is. Hope they figure it out.
Great service .quick turnaround time..
Cracker barrel is one of our favorites. We were just passing through on Wednesday night and ate with some friends. The food was amazing as always but the server was great. He knew exactly what we needed it seemed without even asking. I would highly recommend this crackle barrel to all
