Extremely rude manager!! I accidentally placed two mobile orders and asked if I’d be able to cancel one. It was my first time using the app and I’m not great with technology. The manager literally argued with me and would not process me a refund. At that point it wasn’t even worth holding up the line. I took both orders and they were not even made correctly. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I’ll be going to Starbucks!
I really do appreciate the nice employees although sometimes the drinks aren't the best.
It's gotten to the point that they know my order when I pull up, the morning crew is fantastic and I love all of them.
The staff was beyond friendly helpful and patient. I'm not familiar with most of their drinks and they made me feel comfortable with my lack of knowledge.
5 stars. Handsome man with a shaved was very nice and fixed our drink for us when we forgot to say what custom of our drink we wanted.
