My experience with Charleston Furniture was absolutely fantastic. They had plenty of inventory all of which was reasonably priced. Staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. My sales person was Matt and he was grade A. He went above and beyond helping me with my purchase of a new mattress. By the end of our transaction I felt like I had known him for 20yrs. Cannot recommend shopping here highly enough. No pressure from salespeople, but they’re available for any questions. They explained the buying/delivery process clearly. Great selection, clearly marked (great) prices, and we unexpectedly got same-day delivery! Will definitely be making all future furniture purchases here.
Just bought a mattress today, the guys there were very helpful & the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend anyone looking for good deals on furniture to go there first! Would absolutely buy from them again!
Our experience with Charleston furniture direct in Nitro, WV was nothing less than amazing! There are no high pressure sales, the employees are very friendly and let you look without following you around, but are available to answer any questions you have.
