This year the rides could have been better... They need a second ticket booth... And more bathrooms otherwise a pretty good time.
The best time to spend, if your in WV!! Allot of fun filled activities. Great places to spend time.
The very best booth there was strawberry Express. The very best shortcakes and apple dumpling ever. The other ice cream booth was so so bad .
A small town festival that lasts 3 days. Happens every year. It gets old over time, eapecially the final (10th) year I lived in Spencer. The final two years I was there, a guy started coming up from Baltimore to sell pit beef sandwiches and that was the highlight of it all. Other than that it was overpriced carnival rides and typical scam carnival games.
One of the state's largest festivals! Love the musical groups and always love finding Evan's Family Black Walnut Fudge!!! YUM!!
