Overpriced to the point that it is cheaper to go to Wal-Mart or Dollar General, for most things. There is no public restroom.nn*UPDATE: December 2020nStore is virtually empty. Employee refused to accept U.S. currency and the new management seems to have destroyed what was a nice place to shop. They have also added ridiculous policies, that only benefit their mega wealthy CEOs. Will no longer shop or donate there. The stores in Martinsburg and Winchester are 100% better than this one.
The worst Goodwill I've ever shopped in. Inventory is slim to none and the new remodel ruined the bric a brac sections. The clothing and shoes have been there forever and the books are a fraction of what used to be there.nnThey only allow ten people in at a time, yet accept furniture that looks like it came from a landfill. It's a shame to see another store go so far downhill, due to poor management, employees with poor attitudes and corporate stupidity.
Pretty annoyed with them, was told to leave because I was not wearing a mask. Them not know if I have a health condition or some kind of issue. Will not donate nothing there anymore or buy anything. They sell nothing but used items that's been touched so many times but yet they are worried about me not wearing a mask. You can't kick someone out not asking for a doctor's note for a condition.
A very clean and organized location with helpful and pleasant staff.
I've got some great finds from this store. Lots of brand names. Prices are a little more expensive than other Goodwills but if you buy the color tags, you can get a real good deal. Staff is very friendly and always greets me.
