Rent a center in Lawrenceburg has seriously been OUTSTANDING when it comes to getting you what you want, working with you on payments, and going above and beyond to help me in any way they can! They are more my friends now than anything! I highly recommend them to everyone! They have the best customer service I have ever seen and genuinely care!

I have been a customer at this location for years. The employees are like an extended family who check in on us just to see how we are doing. Always friendly and helpful. I have asked for items they didn't have before and they didn't rest until they helped me find them and gave me a great deal. Always top of the line merchandise.

My very old TV went out one morning and I called the store to find a replacement to rent until I could buy a new one. Amanda answered the phone when I called and was extremely friendly, kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time I needed and gave me the exact TV I wanted. She didn’t try to “sell” me anything but met the exact need I had. And Shawn delivered the TV that afternoon and was kind enough to do the complete installation for me at no charge (something he didn’t have to do) and I was watching my new TV by the time he left. Shawn was also friendly, kind, patient, and understanding. I’ve also dealt with Tony, the store manager, who is as nice and friendly as the other people I’ve dealt with at the Lawrenceburg Rent A Center. I give the store 5 stars!
