Broke the screen on my LG Journey phone which has vital data that I could not afford to lose. The phone itself was a total wreck, only half of the screen was visible and upside down, it was like trying to read Russian. When I told them I couldn't afford to lose my data they suggested that I buy a duplicate phone and they could then swap the motherboard and I would have a new phone with all of my data intact. The duplicate cost me $30, and they did the swap for $89. Saving my data was worth the cost and I'm very happy. Thanks for your help.
