Lady working didn't know what she was talking about. She didn't listen to what was said. Didn't listen to the problem. Was not very helpful at all. Also, they are sold out of most phones. Save yourself the trouble, go anywhere else.

I was surprised by how quick the girl was able to get me out the door didn't have to wait in line pay my grandmothers bill. While she was working with a customer she asked if i needed anything else or if i had any concerns on my account, Great customer service.
Great store and service!
These girls are fantastic, waited less than 4 minutes to get attended. Had just one major issue on one of my devices, it wouldn't read the network brought it in and the girl fixed it. Me being someone who isn't techy didn't notice my sons phone was off line. She also notice that it was one of the older models she convinced me in upgrading my sons phone to the newest version. Thank you girls ! Will be doing my shopping here more often.
