I had a severe reaction to an antibiotic and the dr gave me a steroid pack . I took the prescription to Walmart and asked them how much it would be without insurance and the lady told me it would be $60 and I noticed her doing some thing on her phone and then she said I just found you a coupon it will now only be $16 . That’s a huge difference they told me my prescription would be ready in about 30 minutes it was actually ready way quicker than that ! I’ve been using CVS pharmacy for the last few years but their service is not so good anymore. I’ll do all my pharmacy needs from now on at Walmart.
Put you on hold for 12mins ! Hung up and called back! The person answering the phone and put me on hold again! After another4 mins , finally answered and said we will be out soon! Not sure they can find where I am parked! They didn’t ask me which space I am parked in!! They also didn’t ask me for a birthdate or full name!! Wow!!!!!
This is the worst pharmaceutical experience I've ever had. I talked to Jennifer, who had no idea what was going on, so she directed me to the pharmacist. Unfortunately, she also had no idea what was going on. Tried 2 times to get a prescription filled, First they said they had no record of the prescriptions, then they found it, then they said they'd fill it. Went back in the next day to find the same situation. You guys need some serious help!!!
They will literally never answer the phone.
RUDE!!!!! Incompetent pharmacist and staff. If ur old and hate ur job and or life, can u please do the public a favor and QUIT?????
