I recently had a piece of clothing purchased at Dillard’s get ruined in the wash. I didn’t have my receipt, but I brought the product in and talked to customer service. They were able to exchange it for me and were all so helpful! Super happy with my experience :)
I was recently gifted a beautiful Yorke & Roundtree half zip sweater that was too large, so I brought it in top exchange for a smaller size. The barcodes had been ripped off, so I wasn't 100% confident that it would happen.
It took me a while to find an associate to help, but when I finally did they were able to contact their manager and make the exchange. The associate made me feel like they were doing me a huge favor, and I didn't feel like a very valued customer, hence why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall a very clean, well kept store with quality clothes. And there weren't a lot of people there when I went at 5:30pm, so it was very easy to social distance and feel safe!
Great service. My wife enjoyed her gift card. I hope the store can weather Covid -- it is primary the anchor of the Provo Towne Center.
Good quality merchandise! Easy access and lots of parking.
This Dillard's is the only "higher-end" department store in Utah County. That being said it's on par with what is expected. Clean, organized and well maintained.
