From the customer service to the top notch treatments, this place has blown me away. I signed up for their monthly membership and have yet to have a treatment that wasn’t exceptional. I recently had a hydra facial + blue light therapy for the cystic acne, (from wearing a mask) and within a day my face was completely clear. Wish I had done this sooner!
I had a wonderful hydra facial with Staci. I’m always on the hunt for someone who knows how to educate me on my skin and Staci gave me great info to take better care of my skin with lake life here. Also, it was incredibly relaxing. I told Staci I felt like I was transported into the future both with her professionalism and the high-tech touch they use with all of their equipment.
Laurel and the staff at Austex Wellness are top notch! They are so caring and knowledgeable. They make sure everyone is and feels safe during these times. Highly recommend, great service!
AUSTEX Wellness was my very first place to try out getting myself a little sip of botox. They were awesome and so welcoming. The prices are reasonable too!. Totally safe! They opened the door for me before I even got to the door. Ha ha They took my temperature before I walked in the door. Escorted me in graciously. Super quick too! Oh...and best of all. No hard sales.
The staff is affable and welcoming! I felt very comfortable and in good hands. I am beyond impressed with the results of my treatment and I look forward to my next visit at AUSTEX Wellness and Medical Spa!
