Target

I always love to go to Target but when I recently took my three kiddos to hunt for new swimsuits for an upcoming trip I was floored by the friendly, helpful, and kind dressing room staff. What was an experience I dreaded became a fun and funny experience for me and my kiddos all because of Targets dressing room staff. I love Target but now I love them even more!

I was suggested this location from a previous Target employee, The experience here was easy enjoyable and very informative. The employee that helped seemed interested in the product that was buying, I may not be a talker but I decided to leave this review haha thank you so much for that employee for checking in the back and seeing exactly how they can help me to purchase this product. This product isn't easy to come by so I really do appreciate it. The employees here seem extremely informative and knowledgeable, I'm glad I chose this target. 😁

I ordered a $140 heavy decorative piece that was damaged is 15 spots. When this happens with other stores like overstock and west elm, they just refund the cost and do not make you go through the hassle of returning it. I made the request online with 6 pictures of the damage and never heard back so I called the Orem store(phone number on website didn’t not get me support for the online store). They said there should be no trouble getting a refund but I needed to call a different number. After 1 hour of transfers they said that I would have to go through the trouble of returning this item. This was my first experience with Target in years and I will not be using them again.

I had a complex gift card issue due to a corporate internal control and the staff found a way to help me out with so much kindness when they could have turned me away and told me to just call corporate. Ian in electronics and the woman at exchanges and returns really took time to help me and I appreciated it. Thanks!

Very nice employees I forgot what are cashiers name was but he was very nice and spoke Spanish.
