Just walked into this store to return a printer for the 2nd time with my extended warranty. The cashier Dan was nice and tried to help but needed his Mgr. The brown hair curly manager today on 10/5/2019 at 3:30pm told me that I had to call a third party company. I explained to him that I already did and also this was my second time in the store and have made many phone calls to return this. I asked the manager at this time if he would call them and he said NO and started walking away. I asked for his name and he refused and THEN said he was calling the POLICE!!! SERIOUSLY!!! This is not someone that should ever have an authority position. Filing all kinds of complaints but this is just one to start!
