Best Buy has been able to compete with the the online giants and has done well. However, their lack of inventory has been disappointing. And for some reason they thought it was a get idea to have someone at the door hound you to sign up for assistance or if I want to shop on my own?! I came here to shop on my own. If I get to a point where I need help, I will ask. But if it wasn't for the fact that I was going in there to buy something for my wife that she asked for, I would have left.

No matter what phone option you select, when trying to reach the Bee Cave Texas store you get put on hold and no one answers. I’ve waited on hold for 15+ minutes, tried again, was on hold for another 10 minutes and no one will answer the phone. I need to cancel a service appointment for my car radio and I’m going to look like a jerk because I can’t get a hold anyone. Also, the website doesn’t work to cancel or reschedule. Get it together Best Buy, these should be very straightforward things.

Helpful manager and customer service. Could not assist in the store. But provided info to get in touch with corporate. The geek squad person was helpful as well.

I always love shopping at Best Buy especially for appliances, electronics, games and televisions. I'm amazed how knowledgeable they are about everything in their store. Recommend protection plan on very expensive items. Better than Amazon where you only get a pic of what your buying then it arrives months later from China. At Best Buy you can see first hand what you want and take it home with you and they price match Amazon. Best of all, get the Best Buy card and finance your large purchases for no interest for whatever number of months. Just make sure you pay it off before time runs out before that huge interest hits. Best Buy is easy, convenient and fun to shop even if you're only window shopping.

good place to be in the area of work that I have been working with and would be a good place to work with in this weekend as I am working in a city of a new city I have been trying for years and have no experience in this world as a person and not the most talented person to work in and to the point that you can you make me a good friend of yours who has been in the office all I have been doing this is to get a new one for my house for a while now I'm going back and I am going back and I have no doubt about that and it is not the best thing for us all I know about it was that you didn't have any other way of getting my house in a good place so we could get some more time and stuff to go out there for the first time and I think it's just the same as what you do that is the best thing for me and I know you will always love you
