I am new to the area. I went I into this store twice.nEach time I was the only customer. The first time I requested a replacement phone glass as I am insured. They did not have it. Since I moved here in October, they acted put upon to look me up and order the glass replacement.nnFinally, as I was leaving, my disabled husband and I looked at the Apple phones.nThe rep perked up and spent time showing us options for handicap customization...he then said it was his last day and was leaving.nnI returned again and another rep was alone, did not approach me and appeared angry to have to deal with a customer, yet one requesting him apply a new glass. He was so rude and unfriendly with his only customer, myself, that I left without asking him to help me further. Needless to say,nmy new Apple phones will be purchased elsewhere...I get better answers by calling a representative.nGood luck with your competition....

I received absolutely no customer service. I went to the store at approximately 6:45 PM the evening before New Year's Eve, My Galaxy 10 went black while charging. The young man at the counter started checking it out and could not do much to get it working. Then Jacob came out and proceeded to fiddle around with the phone and waste my time until he sent me on my way at 8PM, store closing time By the way, it was insinuated that this was somehow my fault. I was told I had to wait until my battery died (took over a week) and try to hard start the phone. Then if it could not be hard started, I had to hard start via Samsung. ( FYI I have a husband at home who has dementia and a lot of info is on my phone so I really needed some resolution but none came.) My son brought the phone back in after the hard start failed. They kept the phone for a week. We were never notified with regards to having done anything with the phone. My son went in to get the phone. Now we were instructed to call T-Mobile to get a replacement as I have insurance. So I am now expecting a replacement this week after a month. Next time I won't even go into the store nor will I ever buy insurance again. It took a month to finally get some resolution. This was some of the worst customer service that I have ever received. For shame T-Mobile!
