Really prompt and focused customer service. My SIM card issue was handled quickly and professionally. My agent also was great at taking time up front to understand my problem and barely laughed when I admitted my mistakes that lead me to the store seeking her help. I left with a smile!
Also disappointed over the new charges on my account. The seller who calls himself Landon or something similar is simply a scammer what he wants to sell and that's it, just that, besides I asked why they are charging me so much money to the bill , something that he never specified when he sold me the line, careful with this guy please
