Although I like to shop Homegoods, the one star rating is due to the associate that just answered the phone at the Bee Caves (Austin) galleria location (5/25/2020). I was told there would be a new truck delivery while I was shopping in the store last week, and when I called today to inquire about as to whether the new merchandise was on the floor, she told me “Ma’am I cannot disclose that information”. Oh well. A simple yes or no would have been better customer service. Now they will miss my shopping trip today, and likely more in the future.
4 stars because the staff is always nice. They don't have as large of selection as some of the stores, but I always enjoy going.
