By far the best experience I’ve ever had getting cryotherapy. Zach is a great guy who supports athletes and is always finding way to improve your recovery. I highly recommend you give cryo a try

Mount Pleasant Cryo & Sauna is such an awesome business to have available to Mount Pleasant! The options of both Cryotherapy and compression have been extremely beneficial to me since they’ve opened up. As an active martial arts teacher, I get put through the ringer physically pretty often and I’m so glad I have these therapeutic options available to me, friends & family. They are friendly, extremely affordable and super cleanly. You won’t find a better spot!

Great experience ud83dudc4d. Alyssa and Zach know what they are doing and are very friendly. I have been doing the cryotherapy and love the way it makes me feel. This is a great place with wonderful people. If your in doubt about anything I encourage you to at least try it once, and talk with them, I am so glad I did.
