I am kinda Disappointed I believed I will have better service Since that Is the quote they use. 5G and I had a good plan with the other carrier my Hot spot worked better, last longer and a cheaper price.

Additionally, he transferred my info from the old device to the upgrade device and the device which was added; I walked out of the store in full operation.
