Krista and Chelsey were so helpful in switching my sim card from one phone to another. Krista took a lot of time getting to the bottom of an issue i was having and it took a lot of trouble-shooting to get to a resolution. They were very patient and seemed to really care-not like at most places this day in age. I definitely had a great experience and will be coming back for my next purchase.
