From the moment we walked in the door an employee had been sitting in the women’s bathroom and was sitting in there for over 30 mins. So I couldn’t use the bathroom the whole time I walked in and sat down and ate my meal. Employees are in the back wearing sweat pants and baggie t shirt that wasn’t a Schlotzs uniform. Our soup was cold the moment it was served to us and the lady at the front counter was on the phone with I believe was maybe a manger on speaker while taking orders at the front counter. Not coming back.
Picked up a turkey club with avacodo added, chips an a sprite zero. They also had cinnabons so got one for breakfast. Always fresh food and very nice people working when I go!
Always good. They did forget one of my drinks though...
Very confusing. Had a coupon and manager did not seem to want to.honor
