For such a large store it's easy to find what you need. You don't have to hunt for employees to help you either. They always ask if I need any help.. Great store

Lowes used to have excellent customer service. They are equal to Wal-Mart now. Workers will walk right by you and not even look at you, they used to ask if you needed help. I had a return, then bought something else and took it to the service desk, they said they couldn't wait on me there. There were 3 employees working at the service desk talking to each other and no other customers. I picked up my stuff and had to go wait in line.
