I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Store! I bought a house in the craziest of times and right after I bought it furniture stores were closed, so having the ability to go in and shop around in person wasn’t an option at the time. Furniture isn’t something you necessarily want to buy online, but at the time it was my only option...so I went online and ordered from another store what I thought I wanted and it was nothing but let downs day after day after I purchased it. Thankfully that store refunded me because of all of the issues, so I was able to take my business elsewhere, and I got to go to Furniture World (which is where I wanted to go from the beginning because I had heard such great things and I like to try and shop local as much as possible) as soon as I got refunded I went to the store since they had opened back up now. First off, I felt safe knowing they were following all social distancing guidelines for your safety, so that was a great first impression. Secondly, I was greeted by a very kind associate Chaz, and he was so understanding, reasonable, and caring! Customer service means everything to me, so this sort of interaction and impression won me over. I’m so happy things worked out the way they did for me to get to do business at Furniture World and with Chaz, the furniture I got ended up being much nicer than what I had originally ordered and it looks great in my room, I’m sure it will last me for a long time too because it is such great quality! If you need furniture I would tell you to look no further, go to this location and let them help you!

Very friendly staff but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you're stuck paying it off anyway. They wont allow returns nor exchanges despite faulty merchandise. Paying for a broken lift chair even though its been one month since purchase and service dept was called.

To high priced surprised they still in business.

The only furniture place real furniture in Morehead great selection great staffalways friendly and smiling when they greet you, top-of-the-line furniture you won't find that anywhere else

Would have rated higher if they had been more transparent with some of the stipulations on how we get money back for something we've deposited a down payment on, it was never told to us that a manager had to be present to issue those funds, or that managers only worked on certain days of the week. If that had been made transparent from the beginning I wouldn't be irritated, but it wasn't. Not sure about most people, but if I put money down on something and then it's gone or financing or something happens, I'll try somewhere else, hard to do that if your money is being held until it's at their convenience to release it.
