My computer overheated and smelled like burning, after it just wouldn't turn on. I didn't know much about what was going on or what was causing it so I took it here for a diagnosis. They said they would take a look and figure out what the exact part was that was causing it. I waited 2 days for a response and when they finally let me know they said it was either the cpu or motherboard so I should just replace both(which would've cost me $400-$500 to replace) and they collected the diagnosis fee. I take it to my buddy's the next day and we just switch out the power supply with an extra one he had laying around and the pc started up and worked as intended. I highly doubt they actually looked at my pc since a burnt cable was sticking right out of the side if they even opened the case and switched out the power supply it would've been an immediate fix. All in all I almost spent $500 and would've found out I was replacing the wrong parts if I hadn't gotten a second opinion. Do not recommend this place.
Great place, he helped me apply new thermal paste to my laptop and even showed me how to take it apart and put it back together, too. He was very careful as well with the components! A great place.
Helped me fix my laptop. Virus free and it runs faster then ever. They have the best service. They are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

So very grateful to have my computer up and running again. It's been a while since my computer has been new, but this guy was able to get it working even better than when it was new with some hardware updates. The price was very reasonable, too. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
