Working with Tyler has been a huge game changer in my dental office. I had talked to him on the phone a few times in the past and was skeptical because some dental IT companies charge a ton and then put clients on the back burner and collect their payment. Tyler has been the opposite from the very first time I met him. He fixed things I had no idea were even broken and has made my life SO MUCH EASIER, all for a very competitive price. Tyler has been able to solve problems even before I know they’re a problem. He is very respectful of my time and if something goes down he notifies me of the problem and has it fixed before it affect my patients or staff. No more coming into a disaster first thing on Monday morning. If I ever have a question or need help he is always quick to reply and usually able to remote in within just a few minutes. Tyler has met and exceeded all expectations of an IT company, especially in the dental field, and for a fraction of the price. I can not say enough good about him and how happy I am to have him part of my team.
I have known Tyler for more than 10 years now and he is a responsible and hard working guy. He will take care of you. Tyler and his staff are friendly, professional, and definitely tech savvy!

I had a great experience with Tyler at InfoTech! He was very accommodating and friendly and fixed my computer so fast! We were both expecting the issue with my laptop to be a big one, but when he got back to me in turned out it was something small and simple. I have a feeling at a large chain I would have been upsold more services, but Tyler was honest and explained everything to me in layman’s terms as well.
